Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped within 24 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order and your delivery destination, which is why prices below are shown as "from." Heavier orders will cost more than the minimum listed.

The exact shipping cost for your order is always shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–5 business days within Spain and Portugal, and 3–7 business days for the rest of the EU. Please note this is an estimate, not a guarantee. Actual delivery times can vary due to customs, carrier delays, or peak periods.

Carriers
We ship using trusted carriers including Correos, InPost, Mondial Relay, and UPS, depending on your destination. Some shipping options are delivered to a nearby service point rather than directly to your door. This will be indicated at checkout.

InPost pickup point selection
For orders shipped via InPost, you'll be able to select your preferred pickup point after completing your order. If no pickup point is selected, InPost will automatically choose a nearby point on your behalf based on your delivery address.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at lalunaversa@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +34653533997, and we'll help resolve it.

Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to redirect or refund orders that are delayed or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

A note on our cacao
Our cacao is a natural, unprocessed product. In rare cases, warmer weather during transit may soften it. This doesn't affect quality or safety, but please store it in a cool place upon arrival.
